How to contribute to ePub Zen Garden
New design and styles are welcome! Contributing is easy, and you don't need to know anything about ebooks, just some XHTML and CSS.
- Download the ePub, the CSS template and sample styles.
- Unzip the packages and take a look. The CSS file contains a template for all the styles that are in use in the book content.
- Create your book cover (at about 600px by 800px) and name it
cover.jpg. - Create your CSS file. Test in a browser and validate it.
- Zip up the cover image and CSS and send it to epubzengarden@threepress.org.
The fine print
All CSS and cover art must be released under a Creative Commons Attribution license. You will be asked to confirm this when you email your files.
It may take a few days for us to test your contribution and put it up. Please be patient.
We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason, but we'll try to be reasonable.
